Me born in a small city where restaurant treat those days where Ghee Dosa, Paper Dosa and Masala Dosa and Ice creams. And frequent foods are from road side shops where Parata is very famous and I used eat it every alternate day like kids eating fast food these days and loved it very much. After moving to Bangalore never have tasted same kind anywhere. So whenever I visited Salem even now will eat Parata and mainly Kothu Parata. Here I wanted to try making layered parata without satisfication. Finally while browsing in the internet I found this method of making layered parata and was happy it came so nicely and wanted to share the method.
