Tapioca Paneer stuffed Kofta curry
Today While doing vegetable purchase found fresh Tapioca and bought. Today for a change did Tapioca Kofta curry which is stuffed with paneer. I am always used to eating boiled tapioca with sugar from childhood and recently started experimenting different recipes with it like Tapioca stuffed with cheese Nuggets , Tapioca sticks . Today wanted to make some main dish with Tapioca and here it is an Indian Tapioca Kofta stuffed with paneer curry. These koftas can used without curry as a starter kind or even can go between burger with crispy lettuce, cheese slice and some sauce. As curry It was very good with Indian flat bread.
