Home made Coleslaw

Fresh homemade coleslaw can be eaten with Nachos or on bread as a spread and also inside wraps and rolls.



Ingredients.

  • Cabbage - 2 cups (white or red)
  • Carrot - 1 small
  • Capsicum - to  taste
  • Spring onion - 2 stems (or) onion - 1 small
  • Pepper powder - to taste
  • Salt - to taste
  • Mayonnaise - 2 Tbsp
  • Hung curd or thick curd - 2 Tbsp
Grate cabbage, carrot and capsicum. Cut spring onion into small pieces. Add pepper powder and salt to the grated vegetables.

Add Mayo and curd to the vegetables and mix everything well. To make it more healthy, some times I add only hung curd which tastes great as well.


Refrigerate it for as long as possible to get an enhanced taste.
