Fusion Sandwich

Fusion Sandwich what is this fusion. When I have just little any variety dosa batter and few slice of bread this is the dish i come up with. Today I had Kuzhi Paniyaram batter and made this sandwich with cheese spread and coleslaw stuffing. Once toasted this bread becomes slightly chewy in texture and tastes good by itself without any stuffing.

Things needed to make this Fusion Sandwich

4 Slice bread
Any dossa batter (millet, tomato dosa like that even plain dosa will do)

For stuffing

Cheese Spread
Coleslaw Home made




Dip bread in your selected choice of dosa batter and fry it in pan until it is cooked well on both sides.




Hear i have spread coleslaw and cheese as stuffing and served. You can use your own choice of stuffing.
