Simple Chicken Momos

Most of them think Momos Wow!! Actually it is not a big wow thing you can see that it is just a 4 step preparation. you may think why I have stuffed chicken without cooking, Chicken cooks  very fast, so if you cook it twice there is a chance of getting it hard. And try to add less spices in this momos then it will taste good. Adding more spices will change the taste of momos itself. you can add little bit od grated carrot, tofu and also cabbage in this recipe. 



What you may need for making this Chicken momos.

For Dough
Wheat flour
Salt
Water

For Stuffing
Chicken Breast 
Green chili
Garlic 3 or 4
Spring Onion
Soy Sauce
Salt

Mix dough ingredients into a smooth dough and keep it aside.


Grind all the stuffing into a coarse paste like shown below. Mix vegetables if you want after grinding chicken.


Roll dough thinly and keep the stuffing in the center and fold it like shown in the picture below. After folding if there is too much dough on the top trim it, try to keep as little as possible dough.


Steam it in the steamer for 10 minutes. 
Steam it just before serving momos always taste better when it is hot.
