Whole Wheat Foccacia Bread

n the dish we prepared is this Foccacia Bread. I should not say we did it together, but happy to say that she taught me to make this bread. n the dish we prepared is this Foccacia Bread. I should not say we did it together, but happy to say that she taught me to make this bread. My only rule we cook is I will not use any plain flour and so here is the recipe of Whole Wheat Bread which we prepared together.
Things Needed
Whole Wheat Flour 1 cup
Yeast 1 Tsp
Salt
Butter
Toppings Optional

Dissolve Yeast in Luke Warm water
- Make a well in Flour and add 1tsp of sugar in it
- Pour little bit of yeast on top of sugar and dissolve sugar
- Once sugar is dissolved add reminder of yeast mixture and form a dough .
- Take 1 Tbsp of butter add little salt to it and mix well. Mix this butter with dough and form a soft dough knead the dough until it is soft.

Cover and let your dough rise in warm place
- Once dough is doubled spread it in greased plate, sprinkle little water on top and arrange your favorite toppings on top of it.
- Bake it in a preheated oven for 15 to 18 minutes.

I have used fried onions, tomatoes and cheese for topping other options are pesto, jalapenos, Olives etc.
