5 Ingredient Banana Oats Cups

 I was not joking about just five ingredients and you will get healthy and tasty snack. For more flavor you can add chocolate chip, raisin and nuts, Cinnamon etc...........
I have been making it for dessert for past 3 days and it is quite addictive. My husband asked me not make it anymore, once you start eating you don't feel like stopping. Even then I made it today to give girls who come for craft class, they enjoyed it very much.



  1. Banana Over ripe is best -2
  2. Oats 1 cup
  3. Oil or Butter 2 Tbsp
  4. Brown sugar 2 Tbsp ( Banana gives extra sugar so be careful with sugar)
  5. Baking Soda 1/4 tsp


Mash banana and mix all five ingredients together well and bake it in preheated oven for twenty minutes.
Texture will be slightly crispy on top and then soft on bottom. It is cross between cupcakes and cookies.
Comparing to what you buy in shop and ready made snacks this is healthier and easier to cook.
