Double Layered Chocolate Mousse



1Ok here is my dessert recipe. I have not done many desserts in my blog and I hope you will try and enjoy this silky smooth double layered Mousse. Since I had in stock little bit of white and brown chocolate I did it in two layers, you can make it in single layer also.
Again this recipe is made by my daughter where I helped her make bit to make it. Click on the Picture above for video recipe.

Ingredients
Egg yolks 2 nos
Grain sugar 60gms
Milk 300ml
Vanilla essence Few drops
Egg whites 2 nos
Butter 30gms
Grain Sugar 30 gms
Gelatin 15 gms
Chocolate 100 gms each
Whipping cream 2Tbsp

When I started writing this blog decided to do fancy recipes like pasta, pizza, burger like that, Now thought, why should we decide kids only like this kind of food. Bajra Dosa

Bajra also known as Pearl millet, Kambhu, Sajalu in different language. This is Gluten free variety and very good. Bajra is commonly used in Rajastan and grows their in plenty. They make roti with flour and Kichadi with Whole Bajra.  This Bajra is easily available in all supermarkets to try. In Tamilnadu Kambhu Khool is very famous and commonly available during hot summer days on roadsides. Here I am  making Kambu Dosa try this and enjoy.
