Left over curd + Leftover Coconut Chutney turns into easy curd curry which is a best food this summer Check out How?

I make coconut chutney everyday, How much ever i make there is always some leftover. Then i got this idea of making use of it to make Curd curry for lunch without wasting? It is very easy and tastes good with rice for Lunch.

In coconut we have spices which will give good taste for your curry and roasted chana dal which will give little thickens, so it works better for this curry.

Things needed to make this Curd Curry.
Curd
Coconut Chutney
Green chilies 2
Turmeric Powder
Salt

For Seasoning
Oil
Mustard seeds
Urid Dal
Red chili
Curry leaves

Take Left over Curd and mix it with 3 Tbsp of coconut chutney.
For extra spice crush 2 green chilies and add it to curd and chutney mixture.

Transfer it to bottom thick pan and heat it with pinch of Turmeric
powder. Now season it with all the above mentioned things and add it to curd.
Stir it once in a while so it doesn't curdle.

Add salt just before getting it of the heat. This curry does not have to boiled just heat it until it is just in the boiling stage.

Your leftover curd curry is ready to be served with rice.
You also can add fried vegetables like ladies finger, Eggplant or even pakoda to it.
