Chicken stuffed Mirchi
You must have tasted mirch ka salan this is my version of mirch ka salan stuffed with chicken Best dish for Meat eaters spicy and tasty.
This tastes good with Roti, Rice. Ihave made it semi gravy you can make it with little more gravy i will be giving the procedure below.
Vegetarians don't worry you can substitute paneer and little besan and follow same procedure.

Items you need to make this dish
For Grinding
Pepper 1/2 tsp.
Cumin 1/2 tsp.
Coriander seeds 1/2 tsp.
Fenugreek 1/4 tsp.
Urid dal 1/2 tsp.
Garlic 4
Ginger small piece
Peanut 1/4 cup
Small onion 6
Coconut 2 tbsp
Red chili 4
Salt
For frying
Small onion 6
curry leaves
Chili 15
Chili powder to taste
Chicken masala powder 1 tsp.
Salt
Besan 1/2 tsp.
Fry ingredients meant for grinding in little oil.
Grind it without adding water like shown in the picture below.
Add 1 minced chicken breast to masala and mix it well.
Make slit in Chili remove seeds from inside and stuff chicken paste inside.
In a flat bottom pan add little oil fry onion with curry leaves and dry powders even besan. If you need more gravy then keep one tablespoon of masala which you made and fry it also.
Add stuffed mirchi in it and mix well.
Sprinkle little water and cover it and cook for just five minutes.
Then open lid and simmer it until mirch turns brown.
Your Chicken stuffed Mirchi is ready. This dish is spicy and tastes good. Try it out and give me your feedback.
