Southern Style Mushroom curry
This Mushroom curry has lots of sweet old memories attached to it.
When I was young and school going kid in Salem we had a tradition of making chicken or mutton curry for Breakfast with Idly or Dosa or Puri on Sunday morning every week.
In Salem most of the shops have this kind of Breakfast.Suddenly today I felt like making this Dosa and chicken curry, Since now I have stopped eating Non-Veg wanted to try the same curry with Mushroom. While making this curry memories of my mum making it and we all having it together come like flood. After I finished cooking this curry and served it with Dosa for my family, they liked the taste of curry and Crispy Dosa very much.
If you eat Non-Veg then try it with Chicken or Lamb. Vegetarians can do it with Potato, Cauliflower, Paneer and even Soya meat.
