Grilled Herb Chicken
Fresh Herbs mixed Grilled Chicken makes your taste-bud cry. Yes freshly crushed herbs with Chicken in Barbecue or Tandoor or simply shallow fried is best way to eat chicken. If I make this chicken my daughter likes to eat it with chutney only, no breads rotis or anything else with this Chicken. Within minutes this grilled chicken will be ready. If you have a big party and light up your grill then it is okay, otherwise just to grill few pieces of chicken this is the best method for grilling.
Things Needed for Grilled Chicken
Chicken Breast 2
Cornflour 1 Tbsp
Thick Yogurt or Hung curd 2 Tbsp
Thick Yogurt or Hung curd 2 Tbsp
Salt
Things needed for Herb Paste
Coriander Leaves Hand full
Mint Leaves Hand full
Green chili 2
Garlic 5
Ginger 1/2 inch size
Grind all Ingredients mentioned for paste without adding water coarsely.
Mix yogurt, salt, cornflour and Herb paste.
Wash and cut Chicken breast piece and add it to the yogurt herb mixture.
Mix everything well with 1 Tbsp oil and marinate it for at least 1/2 hour.
Pan fry or Bake Chicken for 8 minutes or until 3/4 cooked.
Apply oil on grill rack, grill chicken on gas stove until it turns little darker in color and still soft in texture.
Serve it hot with coriander chutney.
If you are preparing this chicken for party then cook it 3/4 and keep it until before serving.
If you are planing to Grill this chicken in Barbecue then after marinating just cook directly in skewer over grill.
