Zucchini Healthy Dip

Today had this zucchini and was lazy to make elaborate cooking so came up with this sandwich filling which can be used as dip for chips and Nachos.

This is pretty healthy and creamy special for fussy kids who hates veges.

I have added a cup of Yogurt and one tablespoon of mayo for cheesy flavor.
Substitute it with mayo with grated cheese or cheese spread for creamy texture.

Instead of Zucchini you can use veges or even pan fried paneer pieces.

This is very good for lunch box , evening snacks and also for picnic.


It's our duty give kids at least little healthy during this fast food culture prepare healthy foods to suit your kids taste and enjoy.
