No Rice Bottle gourd Dosa
Bottle gourd Dosa is made with Just bottle gourd and Millets like Sama, Tina. You can also substitute it with rice if you are not a millets person.
This is a change from same old dosa variety. I always make it crispy without adding Urid dal if you like soft dosa add just 2Tbsp urid dal and grind it then you will get more softer version of this same dosa.
Just half an hour soaking of Millet is enough then you can make it as soon as you grind it.
Things needed (for 3-4 people)
Millets Samai or thinai 1.5 cup
Jeera 1Tsp.
Garlic 3
Chili
Salt
Finely grated bottle gourd 1cup
Seasoning

Soak Millet for half an hour then add garlic jeera salt chili and grind it to a smooth paste.
Finely Grate Bottle gourd and add it to the paste and mix it thoroughly.
Heat the pan and spread it thinly and wait until bottom turns brown then turn it.
Once crispy remove it from fire.
Serve it hot with any variety of Chutney.
