Tender Coconut Kheer

Heard about this kheer before but never tasted it and made it in home. Today
luckily when we had tender coconut, coconut inside was too thick to eat so we brought it back home. Here I am making tender coconut kheer.
This kheer tastes good when it's cool. Easy to make also.

All you need is just
1. 500ml Milk
2. Tender coconut from 1coconut
3. Jaggery powder 
4. Cardamom powder 1/2 tsp
5. Ghee 1tbsp
6. Nuts and raisin
Boil milk for five minutes add grated tender coconut and cook it for another 10 minutes in low flame. Add cardamom powder to the milk mixture. Heat

ghee in a pan fry nuts and raisin. Stop the flame in milk add jaggery powder and nuts mixture to it. Stir it well until jaggery is completely dissolved. Serve it cool for better taste.
