Spring roll sheet cups with Spinach stuffing. This is the best dish to make if you are short of time. I have used spinach and potato in this recipe but you can use whatever vegetables you have at home, like baby corn, mushroom, carrot or you could even use chicken or fish fillets. It can be made with samosa sheet or spring roll sheet or even filo pastry. If you do not have any of this make your own samosa skin and use it. Use your imagination and enjoy it. Ingredients

Spiced Chicken Nuggets Nuggets are one of the most favorite food among kids. Instead of buying processed and frozen ones which have lost most of its nutrients, you can make fresh Nuggets for your loved ones in just few minutes. Try it out and I guarantee you that your kids will love it. Vegetarians, I shall upload a veg version soon. For Grinding  Chicken breast - 2 Ginger Garlic Chili Pepper Salt (all the above things used as per Taste) For Coating  Atta - 1 Tbsp Salt Pepper Homemade Flavored Bread crumbs Mix atta, salt and pepper powder into a watery paste. Grind all the grinding ingredients together and shape it. Dip chicken shapes in atta paste and coat it with homemade flavored breadcrumbs. Fry the coated chicken nuggets until they turn golden brown ( I chose to pan fry it, you may go ahead and deep fry it or bake it) and serve it with dip or Ketchup.

Homemade Flavored Breadcrumbs Make your own flavored breadcrumbs which is much more tastier than store bought with less items. This breadcrumbs will uplift our dish very much. Bread 2 slice (if you have rinds and bottom and top piece use it for breadcrumbs) Chili flakes or chili Garlic 2 cloves Oregano or basil olive oil 2 Tbsp Grind all the ingredients to coarse powder and use it for featured recipes.
