Idly with goodness Soy

Remember small changes together makes huge difference in your lifestyle. If you are a person who likes to eat Idlies and dosa for breakfast. Then here is a tip for you to add goodness of soya in your batter. Soya is full of Calcium and it help with strength of bones and teeth. And it is rich in protein and Iron. Adding this to your daily food gives more benefits. There won't be much difference in the look and feel of your Idly and dosa in this method. Idlies will be much more softer than the normal Idly. Many mix soy flour before making Idly, if you prepare batter in this method you need not mix flour just soak Whole soy and grind it with dal. I have given full procedure of how i make it below.

Millets Paniyaram

  This Paniyaram can be made with any kind of millet today I am showing here today with sama rice. Night normally before going to bed,  I always decide what to cook for breakfast in the morning today while thinking about got this idea and soaked the millet and dal f or 30 minutes and then grind it before going to bed. so morning it was easy for me to get the breakfast ready pretty faster. Soak 1 1/2 cup of sama and 1/2 cup of Urid dal and grind it into a thick paste and let it ferment. then only it will be light and fluffy.

Creamy Fusion Cauliflower

This Creamy Cauliflower is a fusion like recipe and, I have done it in two steps, one is preparing Cauliflower like a fried tikka  purely Indian style, and then a creamy white sauce which is made commonly for pasta. Looks like a western food and looks can be deserving this dish tastes totally different. I have to pat myself on the for making dish. It can take with just some Garlic bread or just like that.

Zuchini Pancakes with Vegetable Cheese Sauce

Always wanted to try this dish and tried it for first time last month when my younger daughter was still in home before her college started and it was a good hit in our house. It was not even enough for four people and then i had to made little bit more extra side by side. I have made pancake separately and the made cheese sauce separately.  Today i had only mushroom so in that sauce added mushroom and bit carrot only, you can try it with different vegetables like cauliflower, broccoli, potato etc. And in the pancake we can try it with bottle gourd or potato instead of Zucchini. 

Cheese Stuffed Tapioca Nuggets

This is my first new recipe after my younger daughter left for college in Mumbai. After she left home to stay in Mumbai i realized her value, She has been the one who helped me in this food blog a lot. Thanks to her. Today i made nuggets with leftover boiled tapioca.
