Millets Paniyaram
This Paniyaram can be made with any kind of millet today I am showing here today with sama rice. Night normally before going to bed, I always decide what to cook for breakfast in the morning today while thinking about got this idea and soaked the millet and dal f
or 30 minutes and then grind it before going to bed. so morning it was easy for me to get the breakfast ready pretty faster.
Soak 1 1/2 cup of sama and 1/2 cup of Urid dal and grind it into a thick paste and let it ferment. then only it will be light and fluffy.
Vegetables needed for this dish
Onion 1 big
Cabbage 1 cup
Green chili or Red chili
Coriander leaves
Heat Paniyaram pan and fry paniyaram it until it turns golden and crispy.
Serve it hot with Chutney.
