Creamy Fusion Cauliflower
This Creamy Cauliflower is a fusion like recipe and, I have done it in two steps, one is preparing Cauliflower like a fried tikka purely Indian style, and then a creamy white sauce which is made commonly for pasta. Looks like a western food and looks can be deserving this dish tastes totally different. I have to pat myself on the for making dish. It can take with just some Garlic bread or just like that.
Things needed to make Cauliflower fry
Cauliflower 1 small
Thick Hung Curd 2 tbsp
Ginger Garlic Grated
Chili Powder
Salt
Cornflour 2tbsp
Wheatflour 1tsp.
Oil 1tbsp
Things needed for Sauce
Onion 1
Garlic 3
Capsicum Different colors mixed
Pepper
Salt
Nutmeg
Wheat flour 1tbsp
Milk
Butter
Mix all the mentioned ingredients mentioned for Cauliflower fry into a smooth paste expect Cauliflower.
Added Cauliflower florets which is cut in big pieces in the paste and mix it well.
Shallow fry it with little oil in a pan.
When it turms golden brown then arrange it in a baking dish and start preparing sauce for this.
Fry Capsicum, Onion, Garlic in butter add little bit of pepper, nutmeg and salt to it.
Once capsicum becomes soft add wheat flour and mix it well.
Add milk in the mixture and bring it to boil.
Pour Sauce on top cauliflower which is arranged in baking tray.
Grate Cheese on top of it. Sprinkle Oregano and Olive oil and bake it 10-12 minutes.
You can just use the fried cauliflower and make Manchurian also. It will taste different since i added yogurt. You can make it with chicken instead of Cauliflower and another variation is you can paneer and potato kofta in the same way.
