Fusion Cauliflower Manchurian Curry
For most of the ladies it always is a big task to think, what to cook for Dinner or Breakfast, than actual cooking itself. Today, as usual I had difficult time deciding what to cook for dinner. After checking my stock decided to make cauliflower Manchurian, but felt that it is not good for today’s paratha. Then decided to make curry with cauliflower and made this fusion curry, in which i have cooked cauliflower like Manchurian(which is shallow fried) and then added it in creamy curry, taste was good and my family enjoyed it. I am sharing you my recipe below try it out.
Things needed
To make Cauliflower
Cauliflower 1 small
Thick Hung Curd 2 tbsp
Ginger Garlic Grated
Chili Powder
Salt
Cornflour 2tbsp
Wheatflour 1tsp.
Oil 1tbsp
To make curry
Tomato
Onion
Capsicum
Ginger Garlic
Cashew
Cinnamon,Cloves,Cumin and bay leaves
Milk
Chili, Cumin,Coriander powder
Coriander leaves
Method for Cauliflower
Mix all the mentioned ingredients mentioned for Cauliflower fry into a smooth paste expect Cauliflower.
Added Cauliflower florets which is cut in big pieces in the paste and mix it well.
Shallow fry it with little oil in a pan.
When it turms golden brown then arrange it in a baking dish and start preparing sauce for this.
Method for Curry
Serve it with hot Roti, Nan or Parathas. This is my way of Cauliflower Manchurian with rich Tomato Gravy.You can try it with Cashew white gravy also.
