Fresh Creamy Mushroom Soup

Fresh Creamy Mushroom Soup, like  I have said this a fresh mushroom soup made with all fresh ingredients.
In our house often we like to drink soup, and i hated buying the packets and making soup out of it often, so tried making this mushroom soup. Once I made this we stopped buying packets, we liked the freshness from this soup and hated it if I buy packets and make. This hardly takes time and easy to make, you can make the same with Spinach or Broccoli procedure is same.

Things needed to make this Soup

Butter                         - 1 tbsp.
Leeks or spring onion - one stem
Garlic                          - 3
Mushroom                  - 1 Packet
Pepper                        - to taste
Wheat flour                - 2 tsp.
Milk                           - approximately 200 ml
salt                             - to taste




Fry Garlic, leeks discard darker part and cut the bottom thick part or spring onion in butter until it softens.

Wash and slice mushroom add it to leeks and fry it. Add pepper powder to mushroom. Salt should be added in the end, if added now it will curdle milk.


Add wheat powder and cook the mushroom for two to three minutes.

 Grind the above fried mushroom with little milk into smooth paste. 

 If you like it crunchy stop to suit you.


 Now add remaining milk and boil it nicely. Consistency can be done to your mood. 

If you like to reduce milk do it and add water. If you want more rich soup add little cream to the soup in end.

Make this fresh soup and enjoy it.
