Chili Sauce for Momos

This Chili Sauce is best with momos and used to prepare stir fried  noodles and other chinese foods.
It can be refrigerated and used for more than a month.




Things used

Dry chili 1 cup
Garlic 10
Tamarind lemon sized
Jaggery
Salt


Soak  dry chili in little warm water until it is soft.


Grind all  the ingredients into smooth paste


Cool it well and store it in a glass bottle.
