Two way Fully loaded Vegetable

Yes, This dish is loaded with many vegetables, Today I used whatever vegetables I had in home, but you can use any vegetable like Carrot, Zucchini, Broccoli, Potatoes, Baby corn, Mushroom, Cauliflower like that. Sometimes we just eat these vegetables with some dip, Here today I have shown two ways of wrapping vegetables in Roti or like sandwich filling inside bread.


Things Needed

Vegetables of your own choice
Garlic for taste
Chili flakes
Oregano
Salt
Oil (Preferably Olive)


Roti or Bread

 

Cut all the vegetables into slightly bigger chunks. Add crushed garlic to it.


Sprinkle Chili flakes, Salt, Oregano and mix it with little Olive oil.


Bake it in oven for 15 minutes at 200 degree, or until brown and little crispy on top. You can also arrange it in pan and shallow fry it.


Take any type of Bread Or Roti .Spread little coleslaw, Arrange grilled vegetables on top of it.


Fold Roti like shown in the picture and grill it in sandwich maker for neat pack. It can be eaten as it is also without grilling. You can spread little cheese also before rolling roties.


Yummy Wrap and sandwich is ready with full of freshness.
