Marathi Eggplant Fry
Recently I had friends of my daughter visiting Bangalore from Mumbai. Unfortunately I was not available to entertain them and cook food. To my surprise they did most of the cooking and this Marathi Baigan fry was one of the dish they prepared in my house. My daughter learned it from them and cooked it for us went we returned back. Today I tried making that Baigan Fry and here is the recipe for Marathi Baigan Fry. Batter is almost similar to Bhaji mix only did not add soda for it.
