Home Made Lasagna For Vegetarians

By saying Home Made Lasagna I mean that everything is homemade including the lasagne sheets.. Many of you are astonished when I tell you that I make my own pasta shell and sheets. Actually it is very easy to make and is almost similar to our roti dough.  Actually I enjoy making my own pasta each and every time (trying different shapes) and it cooks very fast and is very soft to eat. Lasagna sheets are very easy to make for beginners as it does'nt involve any complicated shapes, you just have to roll it thin and cut it into rectangles. And an added advantage is that my recipe is made of Wheat flour.

When I started writing this blog decided to do fancy recipes like pasta, pizza, burger like that, Now thought, why should we decide kids only like this kind of food. Once we start giving them our traditional food which mostly they have not thought about in a more attractive way we will see the change. So today started writing our best food to give our children. This dosa is not only healthy it is crispy like paper dosa which sometimes in restaurant like to eat. Fresh Creamy Mushroom Soup, like  I have said this a fresh mushroom soup made with all fresh ingredients. In our house often we like to drink soup, and i hated buying the packets and making soup out of it often, so tried making this mushroom soup. Once I made this we stopped buying packets, we liked the freshness from this soup and hated it if I buy packets and make. This hardly takes time and easy to make, you can make the same with Spinach or Broccoli procedure is same. Things needed to make this Soup Butter                         - 1 tbsp. Leeks or spring onion - one stem Garlic                          - 3 Mushroom                  - 1 Packet Pepper                        - to taste Wheat flour                - 2 tsp. Milk                           - approximately 200 ml salt                             - to taste

Eggplant Lasagna Delight

Yes this is a delight to eat and makes you feel like you have eaten a good meal. Procedure of making this is similar to that of making a lasagna except that we use eggplants instead of lasagna sheets. Made with fresh ingredients it is a healthy but fancy dish. This dish is perfect for parties and potlucks, you can prep it well ahead and do just the baking part before serving. Tastes best when served with garlic bread. Sweet Potato Cutlet Here's another variation of vegetable cutlet . As a child I loved eating root vegetables especially tapioca but today due to some myths and sayings  I don't eat much of those. My husband keeps telling me and all his Clients that it is not the quantity of food that is important but rather the quality of food.I decided to make food which is very fresh and tastes good as well so that it can be eaten without guilt.  I have used sweet potato instead of normal potato.  This cutlet will taste unique with a little sweet and spicy taste and when you cook this you will find that the texture is also different.
