Summer Cooling Strawberry Falooda

This is my 50th Blog and want to do something special on this blog.
Summer is upon us and we all feel like having something cool.
This strawberry falooda fills up your tummy and gives cooling effect.
This fresh and different recipe I came up with for my 50th recipe.


Things required to make this special cooling recipe

Strawberry
Jelly made as per the instruction
1 tsp. Falooda Seeds soaked for about half an hour
Soy milk or regular milk
Cooked vermicelli
Nuts
Ice cream

Before Starting the procedure of assembly keep everything ready.
  1. Make Strawberry Jelly as per the instruction and refrigerate it.
  2. Cook vermicelli in warm water until it turns soft then wash it with cool water and keep
  3. Soak 1 tsp of falooda seeds for half an hour and keep it ready. This will be sufficient for 3 glasses.
  4. Cut 1 cup strawberry into small pieces mix it with one teaspoon of sugar and refrigerate.
  5. Blend few strawberries and  milk adding sugar to suit your taste.

Now all things are ready and it is time to assemble.


In a nice long glass first add 2 Tbsp of jelly and some sugared Strawberry.



Now add cooked jelly and soaked Falooda seeds.


Pour flavored milk until it reaches three fourth glass.



Scoop Ice cream and add it in the glass.



Now again layer it with jelly, Falooda seeds and Strawberry.



Try to  eat it as soon as you make it.
