Vegetarian Paneer Pasta Roll

It has been long time since i posted by previous recipe sorry for that was busy with summer classes and my daughters college admission.
Mushroom Paneer Pasta Roll, It is always boring to do pasta in same way so try this recipe. This is almost similar to Lasagna but stuffing is rolled here in pasta sheet and baked. Here i have shown vegetarian version you can check my chicken version try it also link is given  below.





Things needed to make this pasta roll

Homemade Pasta sauce
Mushroom, Brocolli, Carrot and other vegetables of your choice
pepper
salt
Pasta dough
Cheese
Oregano
Olive oil(optional)
Fry all the cut vegetables with salt and pepper.
Keep homemade tomato base ready.


Once vegetables cool little add homemade paneer and mix well.



Roll pasta dough and keep stuffing as shown in the picture and roll it.



Arrange it baking tray.


Spread Tomato sauce and sprinkle cheese on top of it.



Sprinkle Oregano on top with little olive oil. 



Bake it for 15 minutes and serve it hot.



Once you start making these kind of food in home which is fresh in all the way from pasta dough, tomato sauce and veges then i am sure you won't like eating food restaurants.
