Pesto Paneer Sandwich

Yet Another sandwich filling idea. Pesto is good in taste but very strong flavored sauce. If you add it directly to your sandwich that punch won't be there. Paneer will is mild and good combination with this strong flavored pesto. In most of the sandwich you can add cheese but I try not to.


 



Things needed

Home made Pesto ( link  for recipe is given below)
Home made paneer
Brown Bread
Chili flakes
Oregano
salt

Spread Pesto and paneer on your choice of bread. 


Sprinkle chiliflakes, Oregano and little bit of salt.


Close it with another bread and grill it.


Hot pesto Paneer Sandwich is ready for your lunch box or picnic.

Bored of making same old pizza, or confused about what to make for evening here is an idea about pizza roll. Today I have made it with white sauce with spinach and stuffed it. you can try it with tomato sauce and more  vegetables.
