Broccoli Paratha

Paratha, we make different varieties of parathas. Here is one more to add to that paratha list.

Are you not sure what to make with Broccoli then here is one way of cooking it which everyone will love.

Broccoli is very good in Vitamin C and dietary fiber. It is best to make it without much cooking and too many spices. For this reason Broccoli paratha is best since we don't have to cook it much. This Paratha is unique in taste since we add Broccoli.

Things needed

For dough

Wheat flour
Salt
Water

For Stuffing

Broccoli steamed
Salt
Chili flakes
Italian Seasoning or Coriander leaves
Paneer Optional

Mix Wheat flour, salt and water to make a thick dough for flat bread.

Wash Broccoli with hot water and steam it in microwave until it is half cooked.

In bowl take all the stuffing ingredients and smash it well. In case if you find it little wet add wheat flour to make dry like shown in the picture below.

Roll the dough flat with little wheat flour and keep stuffing in the center and roll it to a ball.

Roll the stuffed wheat flour ball into thin flat bread and fry it in the pan adding little butter or ghee.

If you feel it is difficult to roll then spread little wheat flour on top and bottom. Using wheat flour for rolling will help you to roll it thin.

Once it is brown on both sides it is ready.

You eat it just like that, since it has spices added to the stuffing, otherwise pickle or curd is best accompaniment for this dish.
