LeftOver Cabbage Subzi Momos

 Kids do this Face for Cabbage Subzi.




This will be their reaction when they eat this Momos.


This momos is made in a very healthy way without using any preserved items like soy sauce, Ajinomoto etc.
I do this momos whenever i make cabbage subzi and she has never complained about eating it. If you are worried that our kid is not eating vegetables trying something innovative and making them eat it is not a mistake. Try this recipe.


Things Needed

Leftover Cabbage Subzi
Roti dough
Paneer or Tofu


Remove as much as possible all the seasoning from cabbage subzi like curry leaves chili.


Add Homemade Paneer or Tofu to subzi with Chili sauce made for momos and mix it.


Now stuffing for momos and wrapper is ready.


Roll roti dough flat and as thin as possible and stuff it like shown in the picture.



Arrange it in the steamer and steam it for just five minutes since your vegetable is already cooked.



For past few days I have gone out and didn't write any recipe in this blog after coming back wanted to give something which is really good and here it is try it out.
