 Our grandparents and previous generation have been eating this kind of often, today most people don't even know how many varieties of millet are available, and what are their excellent benefits are. We have very few commonly known millet available in supermarkets like Ragi, Bajra and Jowar and others are not much known to anyone and is not easily available.

India Produces large varieties of millet and we don't get it that easily funny is it not. Wake up everyone slowly it is starting to come out.

I am planing to experiment this millet in our modern recipe and will sure start posting it here also.
