Home Made Lasagna For Vegetarians

By saying Home Made Lasagna I mean that everything is homemade including the lasagne sheets.. Many of you are astonished when I tell you that I make my own pasta shell and sheets. Actually it is very easy to make and is almost similar to our roti dough.  Actually I enjoy making my own pasta each and every time (trying different shapes) and it cooks very fast and is very soft to eat. Lasagna sheets are very easy to make for beginners as it does'nt involve any complicated shapes, you just have to roll it thin and cut it into rectangles. And an added advantage is that my recipe is made of Wheat flour.

When I started writing this blog decided to do fancy recipes like pasta, pizza, burger like that, Now thought, why should we decide kids only like this kind of food. Yes this is a delight to eat and makes you feel like you have eaten a good meal. Procedure of making this is similar to that of making a lasagna except that we use eggplants instead of lasagna sheets. Made with fresh ingredients it is a healthy but fancy dish. This dish is perfect for parties and potlucks, you can prep it well ahead and do just the baking part before serving. Tastes best when served with garlic bread. Sweet Potato Cutlet Here's another variation of vegetable cutlet . As a child I loved eating root vegetables especially tapioca but today due to some myths and sayings  I don't eat much of those. My husband keeps telling me and all his Clients that it is not the quantity of food that is important but rather the quality of food.I decided to make food which is very fresh and tastes good as well so that it can be eaten without guilt.  I have used sweet potato instead of normal potato.  This cutlet will taste unique with a little sweet and spicy taste and when you cook this you will find that the texture is also different.

I have made nuggets with eggplant and it is quite easy and is very tasty as well. Do not worry if your family members are not very fond of the taste of eggplant as these nuggets hardly taste like it. Salami Pinwheel Rolls It has been a long time since I've posted. I hope this recipe will be worth the wait. Baked Salami Pinwheel Rolls will become an immediate hit among kids. This is perfect for parties and also as evening snacks. You can make small bite sized pinwheel rolls with different stuffings, both veg and non veg.Today I will show you one stuffed with Chicken salami slices and also a veg version - paneer pinwheel rolls. You can substitute the salami for pepperoni as well. If you are planing to make this as an evening snack or for an evening party then prepare the pizza dough in the morning and let it  rise till evening. I have used spinach and potato in this recipe but you can use whatever vegetables you have at home, like baby corn, mushroom, carrot or you could even use chicken or fish fillets. Spiced Chicken Nuggets Nuggets are one of the most favorite food among kids. Instead of buying processed and frozen ones which have lost most of its nutrients, you can make fresh Nuggets for your loved ones in just few minutes. Try it out and I guarantee you that your kids will love it. Vegetarians, I shall upload a veg version soon. For Grinding  Chicken breast - 2 Ginger Garlic Chili Pepper Salt (all the above things used as per Taste) For Coating  Atta - 1 Tbsp Salt Pepper Homemade Flavored Bread crumbs Mix atta, salt and pepper powder into a watery paste. Grind all the grinding ingredients together and shape it. Dip chicken shapes in atta paste and coat it with homemade flavored breadcrumbs. Fry the coated chicken nuggets until they turn golden brown ( I chose to pan fry it, you may go ahead and deep fry it or bake it) and serve it with dip or Ketchup.

Bread 2 slice (if you have rinds and bottom and top piece use it for breadcrumbs) Chili flakes or chili Garlic 2 cloves Oregano or basil olive oil 2 Tbsp Grind all the ingredients to coarse powder and use it for featured recipes.
